Description

This 40 hours course is targeted towards HR managers/directors, with an objective to develop their data analytical skills and make them comfortable analysing large multiple datasets within their functional domain, using the latest tools and technologies.

All user cases are HR specific, mirroring the real world scenarios, using one of the market leading data visualisation tool, Microsoft Power BI. As part of the course delegates will gain certification in Power BI.

One of the key parts of this course is the story telling with data – communication of data insights to business and technical stakeholders. Their functional knowledge, combined with the analytical and communication skills, will increase their productivity, enhance transparency and result in evidenced based business decision making.
